Where do you deliver?+
We currently only accept orders for the Los Angeles area, delivered straight to your door at little to no extra cost.
When do orders arrive?+
All flash sale orders arrive the Saturday following a flash sale in chilled and insulated packaging for safe shipping. Freshly Frozen orders are eligible for next day delivery. BSR Seafood Club orders go out the first Thursday of the month.
How is the seafood packaged?+
Every order ships in chilled, insulated packaging to keep your seafood fresh from our hands to your kitchen.
Is the seafood sustainable?+
Yes. All fish is line caught or harvested by hand, and we work to utilize the entire fish so less is wasted.
What is the BSR Seafood Club?+
BSR Seafood Club is a subscription seafood experience bringing fresh, sustainably caught West Coast seafood directly to your doorstep.
Each delivery features a professionally curated, rotating assortment selected around seasonality and availability. Depending on your membership, boxes may include locally caught fish, shellfish, specialty seafood products, chef-inspired recipes, and information about the fisheries behind your food.
Choose the membership that best fits your household:
- Select Monthly includes one monthly delivery with approximately 5–6 pounds of seafood, providing around 14–16 servings.
- Frozen Monthly includes one frozen subscription box per month, vacuum sealed at peak freshness and individually portioned — simply defrost and enjoy.
- Premium Monthly includes one elevated monthly delivery with approximately 7–8 pounds and 18–20 servings, featuring access to premium selections such as lobster, crab, spot prawns, sea urchin, salmon, tuna, oysters, caviar, and sushi-grade fish when available.
Selections change with the seasons, giving members a convenient way to experience high-quality seafood at its freshest.
