A personally curated, rotating selection of California-local, fresh and sustainably caught seafood delivered straight to your doorstep once a month. Each box may also include value-added BSR products, information cards about local fisheries, and Southern California chef-inspired recipes.

All seafood is individually vacuum packed in approximately 8-ounce to 1-pound portions, allowing it to be conveniently refrigerated or frozen while maintaining its quality.

A highly coveted selection of fresh and sustainably caught West Coast seafood delivered straight to your doorstep once a month. The PREMIUM box may include everything available in the SELECT boxes, along with access to additional luxury seafood when in season.

Each box may also include value-added BSR products, information about local fisheries, and chef-inspired recipes. Seafood is portioned and packed for proper storage and freezing when necessary, with the exception of live shellfish.
